We start with a detailed consultation to understand your goals and facial anatomy, and to create a treatment plan that feels right for you.

Treatment Time
Most appointments take around 30–45 minutes. Numbing cream is applied for your comfort.

Downtime
You may experience mild swelling or bruising for a few days. This is completely normal and settles quickly for most.

Results
Results are visible immediately and improve as swelling subsides. Depending on the area treated, results can last 6–12+ months.

To help reduce bruising and get the best results:

1–2 Weeks Before:

• Avoid blood-thinning medications or supplements (like aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) unless prescribed

• Avoid any skin treatments (e.g. facials, peels, lasers) in the treatment area

24–48 Hours Before:

• Avoid alcohol and caffeine

• Stay well hydrated

• Avoid intense workouts

On the Day:

• Arrive with a clean face—no makeup, SPF or skincare

• Eat a light meal to avoid feeling faint

• Let us know if you’re unwell, pregnant, breastfeeding, or recently vaccinated

Right after:

• Mild swelling, redness, tenderness or bruising is normal and should settle in a few days

• Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated areas unless instructed

For the next 24–48 hours:

• No makeup or skincare on treated areas

• Avoid alcohol, intense workouts, saunas, or hot showers

• Use cold compresses gently if needed

For the next week:

• Avoid facials, massages, or skin treatments in the area

• Be gentle with your skin—no exfoliants, retinol or active ingredients

Results will settle and soften over 1–2 weeks. If any adjustments are needed, we can review once everything has healed.
