Treatment Time
The actual procedure takes about 10–20 minutes. You'll feel only a few small pinpricks, and most clients describe it as very tolerable.

Downtime
Minimal. You can return to your day right after, though we recommend avoiding strenuous activity and lying flat for 4–6 hours post-treatment.

Results
You’ll start to notice softening within 2–4 days, with full results visible by 7–14 days. Results typically last 3–4 months, after which you may wish to book a top-up.

To help you get the best results and avoid bruising

A few days before:

• Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and intense workouts

• Stay well hydrated

• Skip any facials, peels, or skin treatments on the face

1–2 weeks before:

• Avoid blood-thinning meds or supplements like aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E (unless prescribed)

On the day:

• Come with a clean face (no makeup or skincare)

• Eat a light meal beforehand

• No saunas, hot showers, or heavy exercise

Let me know if:

• You’re pregnant or breastfeeding

• You feel unwell

• You’ve had recent vaccinations or other cosmetic treatments

For the best results and a smooth recovery

Right after treatment:

• Stay upright for 4–6 hours

• Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated areas

• Skip makeup for the rest of the day if possible

For the next 24 hours:

• Avoid exercise, saunas, hot showers, or anything that causes sweating

• No alcohol

• Keep your skin clean and dry, no facials or skincare treatments

Over the next few days:

• Minor redness, swelling, or tiny bruises are normal and should settle quickly

• You’ll start to notice results in 2–4 days, with full results by 7–14 days

A few reminders:

• Avoid other facial treatments for 1–2 weeks

• Don’t stress if it’s not perfect right away, tweak appointments are available if needed after 14 days
